Covid-19 Update: If you have an order under processing with us

    This is relevant to you if you already have an order under processing (design, print and ready to be shipped) with us (Updated 20-May-2020).

    We are all facing an unprecedented time fighting this global pandemic. We completely understand that wedding plans are being altered as well which is something beyond anyone's control.

    We have been sending out emails to affected customer orders individually as well.

    As of now, the Indian government has locked down the country till May 31st and likely to be extended in cities like Mumbai and Delhi where our major operations exist. Businesses like ours were given little notice before the lockdown and some of the orders which were packed and ready to be shipped with tracking number generated were held back due to the lockdown.

    If your order was affected by this situation please read the options you can exercise below:

    - If you approved your draft for print and did not get a tracking number from us, it means that your order has still not been shipped. It might have moved from our warehouse but awaits the pick up from shipping agency. You will get a confirmed tracking number from us once the shipment is picked.
    - If you had given an approval to print lately, printing will resume after the government's ordering opening of businesses. - If your order is in design, as of now, design proofs are delayed but we have minimal staff working from home and can continue designing. Let us know if you would want us to do that.
    We do understand that changes in dates might be taking place at your end and we will try our level best to help out however we can to accommodate changes.

    Unfortunately, these are times nobody could have possibly foreseen a few weeks back. We are all in this together and though we are a small family runs business we do offer following choices for changes and cancellations:

    - You can put your order on hold for up to a month (or possibly more) without any additional fee.
    - As a value-added service, we will be glad to offer you ecard services and digital card options to enable you to start informing your guests. These are free of charge and will help you to inform your guests about the upcoming changes or dates.
    - As per our terms, we have a no refund policy for cancellations as these are custom made invitations. Our vendors receive full prepayment of the orders when the order is placed and the cards are procured for you. However, under these unusual circumstances, you can cancel the order with a 50% refund on the total order value and minimal designing charges of 50 CAD (if the designing has already been done). If taxes were applicable, the refund value will account for those taxes too.
