How will you print the inside matter / wordings in the card?
Once you place an order with us, you have an option of Upload the details while placing the order Sending us the typed matter to us via email on orders@hitchedforever.com or Post this, our designers will create a draft/proof of the matter and share it with you for feedback for change or approval to print.

What is the usual delivery time for wedding invitations? Can I place a rush order?
While we can ship most orders within 10 days of approval of proof, the high end designer invites usually take 2-3 weeks to deliver. In case of a rush order, please mention it under special remarks while placing the order. While we do not charge extra for a rush order, we will revert to you within 24 hours if we can fulfill the order by the specified date.

What are the printing charges? Are they charged extra?
Printing costs vary with model. You can estimate the total cost of invite with printing by selecting the 'Yes' option against printing, in a product page. Printing cost includes printing on two inserts and the envelope with the same content. Printing on any other area would be chargeable. You can also opt for Gold Foil Printing or Dual Ink printing at an add on cost. If you need to split your total number of cards and print different content or matter on different sets, there will be a minor add on cost. Please write to us at info@hitchedforever.com for a complete quote For languages other than Hindi and English we would require you to send the typed matter and the fonts.

How many inserts are included in the price? Can I order extra inserts?
Most of the invitations listed on our website come with 2 inserts / inlays unless otherwise mentioned. Some of the budget invites might have a single or folding insert (which has two printable areas). in most designs, one can order extra inserts as per the requirement at an additional minimal fee

How does 100% money back guarantee work?
If you do not like the products delivered, you can write to us at info@hitchedforever.com with your order number and why would you like to return the products. Our team shall guide you through the process. To avail the 100% money back guarantee, you will need to ship back the invitations to our nearest office location. We shall initiate a refund process within 7 working days of receiving the product back.

Who will pay for the shipping back the products??
The charges for shipping back the product will be born by the client.

How long do I have to claim my refund?
You can claim the money back guarantee within 7 working days from the date of product delivery.

How will I proof my card?
After receiving the text matter from you, we will send you an image file for proofing. You can view the proof and suggest changes or corrections, if any. The process is repeated till we get a written confirmed go ahead for printing from your end.

Can I print my card in multiple languages?
Yes, we can print in any language. The standard languages we print in are Hindi and English. For other languages we need the typed text matter along with desired font.

Can you print guest names and lists as well?
Yes, we can. There might be extra charges levied but we usually waive them off for sizeable orders. Please contact us for such requests.

The Proof of the card that I get is in black and white. Will it be same on the actual card?
The actual card will differ from the mock up sent to you. Mock up will be in black and white only while printing on the card will be done in color as per your specifications. If there is no color specified by you, our designers will choose the best color for printing so that the cards look good aesthetically.

Can I purchase cards without printing the text matter? Yes of course. The price would remain the same and you can mention your request in the special remarks while placing your order.

Can you print cards for other occasions other than weddings?
Yes, you can get cards printed for any occasion. Please select and order the card and either ask us for samples for a particular occasion or send us the text matter you want printed along with the font.

What colors do you use for printing? Will you be using black color?
We by default do not use black color for printing on any of the cards. However, irrespective of the color depicted on the website you can choose your own color for printing. Kindly mention your preference in the special remarks section while placing the order. In case there are no colors specified, our designer shall choose the best color that would look good aesthetically on your cards.

What are Multi-faith cards?
Our multi faith category of cards is the one which can be used across religions. The design and pattern of such cards is that they do not highlight a particular faith. There might be depiction of religious symbols on the card as a sample; these can be changed upon request.

Do you deliver outside of India as well?
Yes, we do deliver outside India as well. We have tied up with FedEx, UPS, Aramex and others for all international deliveries. We also work with renowned courier companies for local deliveries within India.

Do you supply sweets and chocolates as well along with sweet boxes?
No, we do not handle perishable goods like sweets and chocolates as import of food items is prohibited or controlled in most countries.

How do I track my order post shipment?
After the order completion, we shall notify you when it is dispatched. We shall share the tracking details of your order, i.e. the service used and the tracking number.

Where are you based? Do you have a retail outlet where I can come and select a card?
We are based out of Vaughan in Canada with production facilities in India. We have retail presence in couple of locations across the globe. You are welcome to visit us at our listed store locations to view our products & make a purchase. Addresses are shared in our contact us page, we recommend fixing an appointment over phone before visiting us to ensure faster service.

Can I buy extra envelopes and protective plastic covers / sleeves for the cards?
Yes you can. Please consult us for extra charges incurred for your choice of cards before placing your order.

Can I add extra inserts / pages in the card?
Yes you can purchase extra inserts. Please consult us for extra charges incurred for your choice of cards before placing your order. The cost of the extra insert will differ from card to card.

Can I order any quantity of cards and / or add-ons?
There is a minimum quantity specified for each product that you can order. We do not offer printing when cards less than 100 are ordered. In case you still require printing, extra charges may be levied, you may consult us before placing an order.

What if the product I liked is sold out?
Our products have limited inventory and sell out fast. In case a particular product is sold out, please contact us and we will try and source it especially for you. We cannot guarantee its availability but will leave no stone unturned to try and source it.

Can you send me a sample of the card with the matter I want to print?
Generally we do not have samples of the cards to be sent out. You can contact us for samples, in case we do have extra of the model number shortlisted by you, we shall send them across. Incase we do not have the samples, we can get a Skype call arranged with our sales team so that you can see the products over the call which gives a clear idea of design and quality.

What about additional levies, taxes and duties?
All other charges, including but not limited to, customs or import duty, local taxes and duties are payable by you. We are unable to calculate those duties at the time of order but our support staff can find it out for you on request. Since these are matters beyond our control, we are unable to take responsibilities for such levies.

Do you customize cards as per our design?
Yes, you can customize your cards. You can chat live with our support staff or leave a message with your requirements for us to revert to you. Customization charges might be applicable extra depending upon the nature and extent of customization. You would appreciate that customization is an iterative process and needs time and effort, therefore we might levy an advance fee before we commit to the customization.
